Superior Signals Inc. has unfortunately become the victim of a cyber attack.

This attack affects Superior Signals Inc. and its operations. The incident has impacted our ability to issue offers, process orders and ship them in a timely manner. We are doing everything in our power to address this issue and to recover our systems.

Third party cyber security and forensic experts were engaged to assist with the investigation and the remediation of the incident.

Firstly, we regret to inform you that the investigation of the cyber attack indicates that cyber criminals had access to data. The investigation is still ongoing, but so far, we have not found any indication that data is public. We are informing relevant authorities of this attack.

We are very serious about the confidentiality of our employees’ and our business partners’ data, and we understand that this might be of concern to you. The 3rd-party cyber forensic experts continue to thoroughly investigate this attack and we will update you when we have further insight.

Secondly, we believe there is good news as well. After extensive investigation by the 3rd-party cyber forensic experts, we did not find any indication that other connected networks were affected by this attack.

We continue to work hard on the recovery of our systems to be operational as soon as possible. We’re also taking in the meantime many preventive measures to reinforce our IT-environment to the maximum.
